Once you install Leap on iOS, Leap integrates directly into your native Share Sheet:
- In Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X, tap the 'Share' icon on any video or post.
- In the iOS Share menu, tap the 'Leap' icon (if you don't see it, scroll to the end, tap 'More', and add Leap to your favorites).
- Leap instantly parses the audio and caption, extracts the core insight, and suggests an intentional, actionable micro-step.
- Review the leap, tweak the commitment if you wish, and tap 'Commit'.
